Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Olivier Paget worked as Development Engineer within the technical department of an automotive tier 1 supplier. Then he worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint and OC&C.

Prior to CYLAD Consulting, Sébastien Chaussoy spent 5 years as Project Engineer at Fedex EMEA. Thereafter he worked as a consultant at PwC and IBM Business Consulting Services.

Laurence Massat joined CYLAD Consulting in 2008 as Manager after nine years’ operational experience as Project Manager, Development Manager and Chief of Staff.
She is responsible for Change Management and Organizational Transformation activities. She is also responsible for CSR, marketing andcommunication for the firm.
Her areas of expertise cover Company Transformations, Project/Program and Portfolio Management, Product development and operationalexcellence. She has skills in the Aeronautics, Pharmaceuticals and Health sectors, the Public sector and Industry in general.
Laurence Massat started her career in 1997 as Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions with the global financial services firm, JP Morgan, and carried out operational functions as Project Manager and Development Manager for the CEO of CoSpirit Group (Marketing and Media consultancy). Then, in 2001, she joined InfoPro Group, initially as Marketing & Development Manager at ETAI in Paris, then as Deputy Director of subsidiary ETAI Spain in Barcelona. From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of Chief of Staff for Philippe Douste-Blazy, President of Toulouse Métropole, France. She joined CYLAD Consulting in 2008.
She graduated from HEC Business school with a major in Entrepreneurship (1999).

His industry expertise ranges from aeronautics, to railway transport, agri-food, logistics, and energy.
Alberto Buron started his career as a credit and controlling manager within the logistics department of L’Oréal – specifically the “Cosmetic active” division. In 2001, he joined Masaï Consulting, focusing on purchasing optimization. Following this he worked at Agarius, and finally Lynx.
Alberto Buron graduated from ESCP in 2000 and the University of Valladolid in Spain in 1997 with a degree in Economy & Business.

Prior to CYLAD, Rüdiger spent 17 years as line manager at Daimler and Airbus Group. In 2006, he took over the overall responsibility for the A380 in Germany as Executive Board Manager and successfully led it through certification and to first delivery to customers.
Thereafter he worked as CEO at Sietas Group and Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft. He also worked as Senior Partner at Conmoto Consulting Group where he led an acquisition-integration and turnaround-program of a major tier-1 automotive supplier in Mexico.
Rüdiger Fuchs holds a Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart. He also studied at Humboldt State University, USA and joined the INSEAD Executive Education Program in France.
